Why is it that on my android A12 phone RUclips videos, including this one, works just fine, no lagging buffering skips, nothing, but in my windows 10 Toshiba laptop it does? The laptop itself is a 2nd gen., an old one, but I have new hardware and hardrive installed recently, I did everything on your video tutorial, I'll let you know if it did work on my laptop. What about ad blockers and the dark theme background, should we turn them off on RUclips?

Hi sir, I have lots of standards def mpeg2 video files (DVR recordings of TV) that some seem to have playback issues when playing on a player that does deinterlacing (BTW, I can toggle on/off the deinterlacing). With the deinterlacing on, the issue is there even in the *SAME file* that has scenes where there is no issue! Where some of the scenes doesn't deinterlace smoothly there's *choppy playback.* In other scenes (like when commercials come on), the deinterlacing *IS* working and the playback is normal. Then, in some scenes or videos, there's inconsistent playback on and off in the SAME scene. *CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS?* please. I just want to know, if this can be fixed without re-encoding. 'Cause I don't want to have to take the time to fix all these old videos, if it's a long process for each. I did notice that on the TV itself (Sony Bravia) some apps will actually play them all back fine. That's why I'm thinking there might be a way to fix them without re-encoding. It's just that NONE of my other streaming devices will play them right, unless I turn off deinterlacing!😣 I really hate that! The comb edges and scan line patterns in 480i content are too visible on these modern High Def TV's!
